Note to Buyer. If exact rights to the parking and storage facilities is a concern to Buyer, Buyer should investigate.
Note to BuyerBuilding Act 1975 - If no Pool Safety Certificate is received and the Contract proceeds to Settlement, it shall be the Buyer's responsibility to, at its own cost, obtain such certificate within 90 days (the usual period) or such further period after Settlement where section 246ATJ(2)(b) of the Building Act 1975 applies. The Buyer is referred to section 4 of the Form 36.
