Notice and Directions. Any notice or direction under this Trust shall be in writing and shall be effective when actually received by the Trustee or by a Participating Plan at the address stated in the Participation Agreement or other address specified by notice to the other. Notice may be delivered personally or by facsimile, express delivery, registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested.
Notice and Directions. All notices and instructions provided for in this Agreement and any requests for directions to be made by the Escrow Agent hereunder, shall be made to the parties at the address opposite their names on the signature pages hereto.
