Common use of Notice by the Client Clause in Contracts

Notice by the Client. The Client shall notify the Broker immediately upon its becoming aware of either of the following:- (a) any unauthorised use of the Electronic Trading Facilities; or (b) any failure by the Client to receive a receipt acknowledgement, statement, confirmation, advice and/or other appropriate response in the ordinary course of business that any Electronic Order has been received and/or executed or if the Client receives a receipt acknowledgement, statement, confirmation, advice and/or response relating to an Electronic Order which the Client did not place.
