Notice for Change. 2.3.2.1 Regular Performance Schedule Not less than 4 weeks’ prior notice must be given by the Manager to the Musician and a change may not occur more often than once every 8 weeks. 2.3.2.2 Christmas Period4, Holy Week5 and Periods of Flexible Scheduling Not less than 8 weeks’ notice in the case of a musical and 4 weeks’ notice in the case of a play shall be given by the Manager to the Musician for changes during the Christmas Period, Holy Week and Periods of Flexible Scheduling as specified in 2.3.3. 2.3.2.3 Failure to give notice Any changes outside or in excess of the above shall be treated and paid as additional performances until such time as the above conditions are met.
