Notice of Commencement of Civil Action. In the event that the County or the Lessee commence a civil action where such action is based in whole or in part on an alleged breach of this Agreement, the County and the Lessee agree that service of process shall be made pursuant to the rules of Civil Procedure in the court in which the action has been filed.
