Notice Of Events Affecting Collateral; Compromise Of Receivables; Returned Or Repossessed Goods. Each Borrower and each of the other Loan Parties shall promptly report to the Administrative Agent (a) any reclamation, return or repossession of Goods, (b) all claims or disputes and (c) all other matters materially affecting the value, enforceability or collectability of any of the Collateral.
