Common use of Notice of Impositions Clause in Contracts

Notice of Impositions. Landlord shall give prompt Notice to Tenant of all Impositions payable by Tenant hereunder of which Landlord at any time has knowledge. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, Landlord's failure to give any such Notice shall in no way diminish Tenant's obligations hereunder to pay such Impositions, but Landlord shall be responsible for any fine, penalty or interest resulting from its failure to give such notice and any default by Tenant hereunder shall be obviated for a reasonable time (which shall not exceed fifteen (15) Business Days) after Tenant receives Notice of any Imposition which it is obligated to pay.
