Common use of Notice of Interest Rate and Interest Period Clause in Contracts

Notice of Interest Rate and Interest Period. Agent shall give prompt notice to Borrower and the Banks of the applicable interest rate for each Loan determined by Agent pursuant to Section 2.4 as soon as reasonably practicable after such rate is determined by Agent and in no event later than two Banking Days prior to the making of such Loan in the case of any Eurodollar Rate Loan. Such notice shall also provide the Interest Period for any Eurodollar Rate Loan or Fixed Rate Loan.
