Common use of NOTICE OF LABOR DISPUTE Clause in Contracts

NOTICE OF LABOR DISPUTE. Whenever Seller has knowledge that an actual or potential labor dispute is delaying or threatens to delay the timely performance of this Order, Seller shall immediately give notice thereof to Buyer, including all relevant information with respect thereto. Delivery delays caused by labor disputes shall be governed by the paragraph of this Order entitled “Delivery.”

NOTICE OF LABOR DISPUTE. ‌‌‌‌‌ Whenever Seller has knowledge that an any actual or potential labor dispute is delaying or threatens to delay the timely performance of this Purchase Order, Seller shall immediately give notice thereof to Buyerof the delay, including all relevant information with respect theretoto the delay, to Buyer. Delivery delays caused by labor disputes shall be governed by Seller agrees to insert the paragraph substance of this clause, including this sentence, in any subcontract (including purchase orders) permitted under this Purchase Order entitled “Deliveryas to which a labor dispute may delay the timely performance of this Purchase Order.”
