Notice of Modifications. First Lien Agent will notify Second Lien Agent, and Second Lien Agent will notify First Lien Agent, of each modification to the First Lien Obligations or Second Lien Obligations, respectively, within ten Business Days after the modification's effective date and, if requested by the notified Agent, promptly provide copies of any documents executed and delivered in connection with the modification. Notice and copies will not be required to the extent Borrower or another Grantor has provided the same to the First Lien Agent or Second Lien Agent, as applicable.
