Notice of New Employment. You will provide written notice to the Company within three (3) business days after the date that you agree to accept new full or part time employment or agree to provide consulting or other services to another entity or venture.
Notice of New Employment. If a representative of the Corporation, during or following my employment, requests that I identify the company or business to which I will be or am providing services, or with which I will be or am employed, and requests that I provide information about the services that I am or will be providing to such entity, I shall provide the Corporation with a written statement that identifies the entity and describes the nature of the services that I am or will be providing to such entity with sufficient detail to allow the Corporation to independently assess whether I am or will be in violation of this Agreement. Such statement shall be delivered to the Corporation’s Chief People Officer or his or her authorized delegate via personal delivery or overnight delivery within five calendar days of my receipt of such request.
Notice of New Employment. If, at any time during the Term of Employment or the Restricted Period, Executive is offered employment or other remunerative association with any third party and wishes to accept same, Executive shall provide to the Company, promptly upon receipt of such offer, written notice of such offer, identifying such third party (including the location, by city, state and country, of the office in which Executive expects to work), specifying the position or title offered Executive, and describing Executive’s anticipated duties and responsibilities in that position, including without limitation with respect to any products, services, businesses and geographic markets. Executive agrees that the Company shall be permitted to contact such third party directly and to provide it with copies of this Agreement and any other agreements between Executive and the Company. Except as provided herein or as otherwise necessary to enforce its rights under this Agreement, the Company shall maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by Executive pursuant to this Section 9.
Notice of New Employment. If Executive commences full time employment with any employer other than a member of the Stant Group prior to (i) the Twelve Month Benefit Termination Date if the Term of Employment is terminated pursuant to Subsections 3(d) or (e) above prior to a Change in Control or (ii) the Twenty-Four Month Benefit Termination Date if the Term of Employment is terminated pursuant to Subsections 3(d) or (e) after a Change in Control, then Executive shall provide the Company with written notice of such employment no later than the first day of the calendar month immediately following the date on which Executive commences such employment.
Notice of New Employment. If Executive's employment terminates ------------------------ other than in a Qualified Termination, Executive agrees (i) to notify the Company immediately upon her securing employment or becoming self-employed during any period when Executive's compensation from the Company shall be subject to reduction or her benefits provided by the Company shall be subject to termination under Section 5(b) and (ii) to furnish to the Company written evidence of her compensation earned from any such employment or self-employment as the Company shall from time to time request. In addition, upon Executive's termination of employment for any reason other than the death of Executive, Executive shall immediately return all written trade secrets, confidential information and business plans of the Company and its affiliates and shall execute a certificate certifying that she has returned all such items in her possession or under her control.

If, at any time during the Period of Employment or during the periods that the covenants in Sections 6(c) and 6(d) apply, Executive is offered employment or other remunerative association with any third party and wishes to accept same, Executive shall provide to the Company, promptly upon receipt of such offer, written notice of such offer, identifying such third party (including the location, by city, state and country, of the office in which Executive expects to work), specifying the position or title offered Executive, and describing Executive’s anticipated duties and responsibilities in that position, including without limitation with respect to any products, services, businesses and geographic markets. Executive agrees that the Company shall be permitted to contact such third party directly and to provide it with copies of this Agreement and any other agreements between Executive and the Company. Except as provided herein or as otherwise necessary to enforce its rights under this Agreement, the Company shall maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by Executive pursuant to this Section 7(d).
Notice of New Employment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, in the event Executive obtains employment or enters into a consulting relationship with any entity during the Severance Payment Period, (i) Executive agrees to notify the Company within three (3) days after Executive’s service commences and (ii) Executive agrees and acknowledges that all payments and benefits provided hereunder immediately shall cease.
Notice of New Employment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, in the event You obtain employment or enter into a consulting relationship with any entity during the Restricted Period which arrangement includes a medical benefits plan in which you are eligible to participate, (i) You agree to notify the Company within three (3) days after Your service commences and (ii) You agree and acknowledge that the COBRA benefits provided under Section 5(c) immediately shall cease upon the date Your new medical benefits commence, and in any event your COBRA benefit from the Company shall cease on the last day of the Restricted Period.
Notice of New Employment. The Employee agrees that during any period of time when the Employee is subject to restrictions pursuant to either Section 1 or Section 2, the Employee will notify any prospective employer or entity for whom employee will act as a consultant (if the consulting engagement will exceed fifteen (15) hours) of the terms and existence of this Agreement and the Employee’s continuing obligations to the Company
Notice of New Employment. The Executive hereby covenants and agrees to provide the Company with notice no later than three business days after the date on which he commences new employment.
