Common use of Notice to Bargain Clause in Contracts

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party giving written notice to the other Party on or after December 1, 2002, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31, 2002. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December 31, 2002 both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December 31, 2002. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employer.

Notice to Bargain. Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party giving written notice to the other Party on or after December April 1, 20022006, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31April 30, 20022006. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December 31April 30, 2002 2006, both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article clause on December January 31, 20022006. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by an authorized officer or agent of the Employer.

Notice to Bargain. (a) ‌ This Agreement agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December 1, 20022020, but in any event not later than midnight, midnight December 31, 2002. (b) 2020. Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December 31, 2002 2020, both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December 31, 2002. (c) 2020 and thereupon Clause 26.3 applies. All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerPresident or designate.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party giving written notice to the other Party on or after December 11st, 2002, 2009 but in any event not later than midnight, December 3131st, 20022009. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December 3131st, 2002 2009, both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article Article on December 3131st, 20022009. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employer.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December 1November 10, 2002, 2017 but in any event not later than midnight, December 319, 20022017. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December 319, 2002 2017, both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article section on December 319, 20022017, and thereupon Article 32.3 of this agreement applies. (c) All notices notice on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate staff representative of the Union and similar notices notice on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerCity Manager.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party giving written notice to the other Party on or after December 1June 19, 20022003, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31July 19, 20022003. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December 31July 19, 2002 2003, both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December 31July 19, 20022003, and thereupon Article 34.3 applies. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerPresident or his designate.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December 1October 31, 20022020, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31, 20022020. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December 31party, 2002 both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article clause on December 31, 20022016, and thereupon Clause 31.1 applies. (c) Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December 31, 2002 2019, both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December 31, 20022019. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employer.

Notice to Bargain. All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the staff representative appointed by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerChief Operating Officer or designate.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December 1, 20022011, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31, 20022011. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December 31, 2002 2011, both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article Article on December 31, 20022011. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President (or designate designate) and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employer.

Notice to Bargain. ‌ (a) This Agreement agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December 1, 2002, 2024 but in any event not later than midnight, December 31, 20022024. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December 311, 2002 2024, both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December 31, 20022024. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate and similar notices on behalf of in writing to the Employer shall be given either by the Employerregistered mail or facsimile.

Notice to Bargain. ‌ (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December 1, 20022014, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31, 20022014. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December 31, 2002 2014, both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article clause on December 31, 20022014. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President of the Union or designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employer.

(c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employerappropriate designate.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December 1October 17, 20021999, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31November 17, 20021999. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December 31November 17, 2002 1999 both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December 31November 17, 20021999 and thereupon Section 31.3 applies. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerExecutive Director.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party giving written notice to the other Party on or after December 1, 20021997, but in any event not later than midnight, midnight December 31, 20021997. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December 31January 1, 2002 1998 both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article section on December 31January 1, 20021998. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employerappropriate designate.

(b) Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December 319, 2002 2019, both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article section on December 319, 20022019, and thereupon Article 32.3 of this agreement applies. (c) All notices notice on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate staff representative of the Union and similar notices notice on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerCity Manager.

(c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerGeneral Manager.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December September 1, 20022009, but in any event not later than midnightmidnight September 30, December 31, 2002. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the Staff Representative appointed by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerAdministrator.

Notice to Bargain. Notice to Bargain. ‌ (a) This Agreement agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December 1, 20022025, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31, 20022025. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December 31, 2002 2025, both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December 31, 20022025. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employer.

Notice to Bargain. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December 31February 28, 2002 2003, both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article section on December 31February 28, 20022003. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the Staff Representative appointed by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerVice President.

(a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party giving written notice to the other Party on or after December January 1, 20022003, but in any event not later than midnight, December January 31, 20022003. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December January 31, 2002 2003 both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December January 31, 20022003. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employer.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December 1, 20022017, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31, 20022017. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December 31, 2002 2017, both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December 31, 20022017. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employer.

Notice to Bargain. (c) All notices notice on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate Staff Representative of the Union and similar notices notice on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerAdministrative Officers.

Notice to Bargain. ‌ (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party giving written notice to the other Party on or after December 1, 2002, 2013 but in any event event, not later than midnight, December 31, 20022013. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December 31, 2002 2013, both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article Article on December 31, 20022013, and thereupon Article 38.3 of this Agreement applies. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerVice-President or President as applicable.

Notice to Bargain. Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for to collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December 131, 20021996, but in any event not event, no later than midnight, December midnight on March 31, 20021997. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December 31, 2002 both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December 31, 2002. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President of the Union or his/her designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerProgram Coordinator for VISTA. (c) Where no notice is given by either party prior to March 31, 1997, both parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this section on March 31, 1997.

Notice to Bargain. ‌ (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December 1, 20022018, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31, 20022018. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December January 31, 2002 both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article section on December January 31, 2002. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the Staff Representative appointed by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerAdministrator.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining Collective Bargaining by either Party giving written notice to the other Party on or after December 1November 10, 20022004, but in any event not later than midnight, December 319, 20022004. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December 319, 2002 2004, both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article section on December 319, 20022004, and thereupon Article 32.3 of this Agreement applies. (c) All notices notice on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate Staff Representative of the Union and similar notices notice on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerCity Manager.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party a duly authorized representative of the Company or a duly authorized representative of the Union giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December DECEMBER 1, 2002, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31, 20022005. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December MARCH 31, 2002 2006, both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article Clause on December MARCH 31, 20022006, and thereupon Clause 24.03 applies. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employer.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party giving given written notice to the other Party party on or after December 1January 31, 20021998, but in any event not later than midnightmidnight February 28, December 31, 20021998. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December 31February 28, 2002 1998, both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December 31February 28, 20021998, and thereupon Article 29.3 applies. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerExecutive Director.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December January 1, 20022017, but in any event not later than midnight, December January 31, 20022017. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December 31September 30, 2002 2003, both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article section on December 31September 30, 20022003. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the Staff Representative appointed by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerVice President.

(a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party giving written notice to the other Party on or after December January 1, 20022010, but in any event not later than midnight, December January 31, 20022010. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December January 31, 2002 2010, both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article clause on December January 31, 20022010, and thereupon Clause 37.3 applies. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employer.

(a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party giving written notice to the other Party on or after December 1, 2002, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31, 2002. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employer.

(a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December 1, 20022007, but in any event not later than midnight, midnight December 31, 20022007. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December 31January 1, 2002 2008, both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December 31, 2002section. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Principal (Chief Executive Officer) of the Employer.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party giving written notice to the other Party on or after December September 1, 20022006, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31September 30, 20022006. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December 31September 30, 2002 2006, both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article Clause on December 31September 30, 20022006, and thereupon Clause 35.3 applies. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerCompany President.

Notice to Bargain. (a) This Agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party giving written notice to the other Party on or after December October 1, 20022004, but in any event not later than midnight, December October 31, 20022004. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party prior to December October 31, 2002 2004, both Parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article clause on December October 31, 20022004 and thereupon Clause 26.3 applies. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate of the Union and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the EmployerChief Executive Officer.

(b) Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December 31, 2002 2019, both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December 31, 20022019. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President (or designate designate) and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employer.

Notice to Bargain. ‌ (a) This Agreement agreement may be opened for collective bargaining by either Party party giving written notice to the other Party party on or after December 1, 20022022, but in any event not later than midnight, December 31, 20022022. (b) Where no notice is given by either Party party prior to December 31, 2002 2022, both Parties parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this article on December 31, 20022022. (c) All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the President or designate and similar notices on behalf of the Employer shall be given by the Employer.
