Notice to Customer. OpenAI will inform Customer if OpenAI becomes aware of:
a. any legally binding request for disclosure of Customer Data by a law enforcement authority, unless OpenAI is otherwise forbidden by law to inform Xxxxxxxx, for example to preserve the confidentiality of an investigation by law enforcement authorities;
b. any notice, inquiry or investigation by an independent public authority established by a member state pursuant to Article 51 of the GDPR (a “Supervisory Authority”) with respect to Customer Data; or
c. any complaint or request (in particular, requests for access to, rectification or blocking of Customer Data) received directly from Customer’s data subjects. OpenAI will not respond to any such request without Customer’s prior written authorization.

This Contractor is registered with the State of Washington, Registration No. WESTERS101JS, and has posted with the state a bond or deposit of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) for the purpose of satisfying claims against the Contractor for breach of Contract, including negligent or improper work in the conduct of the contractor's business. The expiration date of this Contractor's Registration is 01/25/2025. This bond or deposit is not for your exclusive use because it covers all work performed by this Contractor. The bond or deposit is intended to pay valid claims up to Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) that you and other customers, suppliers, subcontractors, or taxing authorities may have.

The provisions of that chapter may affect your right to recover damages arising from the performance of this contract. If you have a complaint concerning a construction defect arising from the performance of this contract and that defect has not been corrected through normal warranty service, you must provide the notice required by Chapter 27 of the Texas Property Code to the contractor by certified mail, return receipt requested, not later than the 60th day before the date you file suit to recover damages in a court of law or initiate arbitration.
