Notice to Lessee. Any notice is sufficient if delivered by first class mail to Lessee at the Premises. If Lessee is absent from the Premises, a notice to Lessee may be posted on the Premises by leaving a copy of the notice at the Premises, and further delivered by first class mail.
Notice to Lessee. This is a lease. You are not buying the Equipment. Do not sign this Agreement before you read it. You are entitled to a copy of the Agreement when you sign.
Notice to Lessee. (1) Do not sign this Lease before you have read all pages and do not sign this Lease if it has any blank space.
Notice to Lessee. This lease contains a clause in paragraph 23 above releasing lessor from liability to lessee for personal injury and property damage unless caused by lessor's gross negligence.
Notice to Lessee. Except as set forth in the North Central Project Update (Aquifer Cleanup Project) relating to two former tenants (Romic and Plymouth Tube), Lessor has no actual knowledge that: (i) there is any Hazardous Material that violates the Environmental Laws in, on, under or about any portion of the Leased Premises other than such Hazardous Material as may naturally be present in the environmental media; (ii) any Hazardous Material that violates the Environmental Laws has been discharged into dumps, ponds, or waste piles on the Leased Premises; (iii) any Hazardous Material that violates the Environmental Laws is being stored at, on, under or above any portion of the Leased Premises; and (iv) there are any septic tanks, above or below ground fuel oil tanks, gasoline or chemical storage tanks, and other underground tanks or piping or other underground deposits of Hazardous Material that violate the Environmental Laws located in, under or about any portion of the Leased Premises. The North Central Project Update (Aquifer Cleanup Project) is available for review upon request by Lessee. New environmental documents may be generated from time to time and will be available for review by Lessee, but it is Lessee’s responsibility to ask Lessor if there are any new documents.
Notice to Lessee. Borrower hereby irrevocably authorizes each Lessee, upon demand and notice from Lender of the occurrence of an Event of Default, to pay all Rents under the Leases to Lender. Borrower agrees that each Lessee shall have the right to rely upon any notice from Lender directing such Lessee to pay all Rents to Lender, without any obligation to inquire as to the actual existence of an Event of Default, notwithstanding any notice from or claim of Borrower to the contrary. Borrower shall have no claim against any Lessee for any Rents paid by Lessee to Lender.
Notice to Lessee. The Lessor and Agent hereby provide notice to Lessee of the following:
(a) The Lessor has granted a security interest to the Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties in all of the Lessor’s right, title and interest in, to and under the Lease as collateral security for all of the obligations of the Lessor under, or in connection with the transactions contemplated in, the Credit Agreement (the ‘‘Borrower Obligations’’);
(b) The Agent and the other Secured Parties shall not, prior to becoming a transferee of the rights and obligations of the Lessor under the Lease (the ‘‘Transferee’’), be subject to any liability or obligation under the Lease; and
(c) Following the occurrence of an Event of Default under the Credit Agreement, and subject to the terms thereof relating to Lessee’s right to quiet enjoyment so long as no default or breach by Lessee exists under the Lease, the Agent shall have the right to exercise its rights thereunder as a secured creditor and collateral assignee of the Lease to make all demands, give all notices, take all actions and exercise all rights of the Lessor under and in accordance with the Lease.
Notice to Lessee. Any notice required or permitted to be given to Lessee shall be deemed to have been properly given upon mailing the same by certified or registered mail to Pluma, Inc., Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxx 000, Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx 00000, ATTN: R. Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xx. Lessee reserves the right to designate another representative for the purpose of receiving notices required or permitted to be made hereunder provided the designation is made in writing and delivered to Lessor.
Notice to Lessee. Any notice delivered to Lessee by beneficiary under a mortgage shall be valid if delivered to the Demised Premises under the Lease.
Notice to Lessee. If the Property is leased, the Owner shall give prompt notice of this Agreement to any lessee of the Property.
