Notice to Licensor. Licensee hereby agrees to notify Licensor in writing within 24 hours or sooner in the event that Licensee or any guest of Licensee that is or was present in the Premises is diagnosed with COVID-19, subject to applicable privacy laws. This information will be kept confidential.
Notice to Licensor. Distributor will give Licensor Notice of any claimed default. Licensor will have fourteen (14) days after receipt of Distributor’s Notice to cure a monetary default, and twenty-one (21) days after receipt to cure a non-monetary default. If Licensor fails to cure within the times provided, then Distributor may proceed against Licensor for all available relief, including canceling this Agreement for the affected Picture retroactive to the date of default, provided, however, that in no case may Distributor collect any “lost profits” or consequential damages.

Licensee agrees to provide prior notice of any access to be made by Licensee or its contractors or subcontractors to the Site by calling Licensor’s Network Operations Center at (000) 000-0000 (or by providing notice as otherwise directed by Xxxxxxxx). For safety reasons, access to the Site is restricted to times when elevated work is not being performed on any tower at the Site by any other person. If Licensor’s Network Operations Center informs Licensee of an existing condition that must be eliminated before Licensee may access the Site or tower, then Licensee may not access the Site or tower, as the case may be, unless and until such condition is eliminated and Licensee is subsequently informed of same.
Notice to Licensor. Licensee shall give immediate oral and written notice to Licensor of any damage caused to the Licensed Premises by fire or other casualty.

If any patent, trademark, trade secret or other infringement action is brought or threatened in a country in the Territory ("Action") against Licensee or any sub-licensee or assignee of Licensee, to which sub-licensee or assignee rights in the Licensed Marks and the Licensed Technology have been granted by Licensee in accordance with this Agreement, because of actual or anticipated use, sale, or manufacture of the UV Treatment Systems or because of actual or anticipated use of the Licensed Marks, Licensee shall promptly notify Licensor and send Licensor copies of all papers that have been served.
