NOTICE TO MEMBERS. Membership application documents for employees who join the Association after the effective date of this Agreement shall contain a conspicuous notation that their commitment is effective for not less than the term of the Agreement.

The address or fax number of any Member may be changed by written notice to the Chief Executive Member. Notices to the Company shall be deemed given in the same manner provided they are directed to the Chief Executive Member at the Company's principal place of business. Per Section 489.407 of the Act, notice requirements under this Section of the Agreement may be waived before or after any meeting if submitted to the Company and signed by the waiving member.
