Notice to Negotiate. Either party may give written notice no less than one hundred and eighty (180) days preceding the expiration of the Agreement of its desire to negotiate a successor Agreement.

If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement, it shall give written notice of such intent no earlier than one hundred twenty (120) calendar days prior to nor less than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement. Notice to Negotiate. Not later than the first day of April, 2008, or on a mutually agreeable date thereafter, the Association shall give the Kenosha County Executive written notice of its requests to be negotiated by and between the Association and the County for the succeeding Agreement.

Notice to Negotiate. 35.01 Where a notice to negotiate a new Agreement has been served, the first negotiating meeting shall be held within twenty (20) days following the date of service.
