NOTICE TO PURCHASERS. Any written notices required to be sent to the Purchaser by the Vendor pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be sent to the Purchaser in accordance with paragraph 14 of the Addendum. The Purchaser acknowledges that when the Vendor receives confirmation of any email or fax sent by the Vendor to the Purchaser pursuant to paragraph 14 of the Addendum, such confirmation shall be deemed conclusive evidence that such email and/or fax has been received by the Purchaser. The Purchaser acknowledges that it is his responsibility to notify the Vendor in writing of any changes in their email address, fax number, mailing address and/or home address within 48 hours of such change. If the Purchaser fails to notify the Vendor in writing within such 48 hours, then any notices sent by the Vendor to the Purchaser pursuant to the Agreement shall be deemed to have been properly sent to and received by the Purchaser at the most current email address, fax number, mailing address or home address provided to the Vendor. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that if there is more than one purchaser named on the front page of the Agreement to which this Schedule is attached, the Vendor may send Notices to be delivered hereunder to the said purchasers at any one of the addresses, fax numbers or email addresses listed for the purchasers in the Addendum which shall be deemed to be a proper notice to all of the purchasers hereunder.
NOTICE TO PURCHASERS. NOISE – CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING With respect to Lots 20 to 28, both inclusive on the Plan:
NOTICE TO PURCHASERS.  (i) Each Purchaser under a Note Receivable assigned to Lender shall be directed by Borrower or Servicing Agent to make all payments on account of such Note Receivable (A) by automatic debit to such Purchaser's bank account, to be initiated by and to be paid to Lockbox Agent; or (B) by check payable to the order of Borrower and mailed to the Lockbox Agent at the address specified in the Lockbox Agreement;  (ii) In addition, upon the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default, Borrower hereby grants to Lender a power of attorney, by and on behalf of Borrower and in the name of Borrower and at Borrower's cost, to give notice in writing or otherwise, in such form or manner as Lender may deem advisable in its sole discretion, to each Purchaser of such assignment in favor of Lender with direction to make all payments on account of such Purchaser's Note Receivable in accordance with such instructions as Lender may deem advisable in its sole discretion. This power of attorney is coupled with an interest and is irrevocable.  (iii) Borrower authorizes Servicing Agent (but Servicing Agent shall not be obligated) to communicate at any time and from time to time with any Purchaser or any other Person primarily or secondarily liable under a Note Receivable assigned to Lender with regard to the lien of Lender thereon and any other matter relating thereto and to request from such Purchaser or other Person any information related thereto. 
NOTICE TO PURCHASERS. Buyer’s Acknowledgement Buyer has received the HUD NoticeFor Your Protection: Get a Home Inspection.” Buyer understands the importance of getting an independent home inspection and has thought about this before signing this Agreement. Buyer understands that FHA will not perform a home inspection nor guarantee the price or condition of the Property. Buyer will apply for Section 203(k) financing, and this contract is contingent upon mortgage approval (See Paragraph 8(B)) and Buyer’s acceptance of additional required repairs as required by the lender.
NOTICE TO PURCHASERS. The Developer shall notify or cause to be notified each and every purchaser of a Lot or Lots of all Works contracted by the Developer, the Developer’s obligations to maintain the Works and all other conditions covered by this Agreement by providing a complete and accurate summary of same and shall cause such information to be fully recorded in any Offer to Purchase or Agreement of Purchase and Sale entered into by the Developer.

NOTICE TO PURCHASERS. Any notice, direction or other communication to be given under this Purchase Agreement shall be in writing and given by delivering it by personal delivery or courier or sending it by electronic mail and addressed to the addresses set forth above for the Corporation, and to the address for the Purchaser is: GSS Overseas LTD Address: 3rd Floor, Yamraj Building, Market Square P.O. Box ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ British Virgin Islands Attention: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ A notice is deemed to be given and received (i) if sent by Personal delivery or courier, on the date of delivery if it is a Business Day and the delivery was made prior to 5:00 p.m. (local time in place of receipt) and otherwise on the next Business Day, or (ii) if sent by electronic mail, on the Business Day following the date of transmission. The Purchaser may change its address for service or agent for service from time to time by providing a notice in accordance with the foregoing. Any subsequent notice must be sent to the party at its changed address. Any element of the Purchaser’s address that is not specifically changed in a notice will be assumed not to be changed.
