Common use of Notice to Third Parties; Service of Process; Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Notice to Third Parties; Service of Process; Cooperation. (i) To the extent necessary to effectuate the provisions in this Agreement, each Party shall, and shall cause the other members of their respective Groups to, promptly notify their respective agents for service of process and all other necessary parties, including plaintiffs and courts, and shall provide instructions for proper service of legal process and other documents. (ii) Each Party shall, and shall cause the other members of their respective Groups to, attempt in good faith to not accept service on behalf of any member of the other Party’s Group, and shall, and shall cause the other members of their respective Groups to, use their commercially reasonable efforts to deliver to each other any legal process or other documents incorrectly delivered to them or their agents as soon as possible following receipt.
