Notices and Contact Information. All notices under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given (i) upon delivery if by hand delivery, (ii) upon delivery if made by electronic means (iii) on the next business day if by reputable overnight courier, or (iv) upon the second business day following deposit into the United States Certified Mail system and properly addressed as follows:

14.1. Notices and other communications provided for herein shall be given in writing by e- mail, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, by receipted hand delivery, by courier (UPS, Federal Express or other similar and reliable carrier), or by fax showing the date and time of successful receipt. Notices shall be sent to the individuals at the applicable address set forth in the Cover Sheet. Each such notice shall be deemed to have been provided at the time it is actually received. By giving notice, either Party may change the contact information.
14.2. Any correspondence related to the Performance Assurance should be sent to the Credit contact at the applicable address set forth in the Cover Sheet.
14.3. The notice, contact or accounting information specified in the Cover Sheet and in this Article 14 may be changed from time to time by written notice by either Party to the other Party without amendment of this Agreement. However, such written notice shall not be used for the purposes of Article 11.
Notices and Contact Information. 14.1 Any notice, demand, or request permitted or required under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be delivered in person, by prepaid overnight United States mail or by overnight courier service, return receipt requested, to a Party at the applicable address set forth in the Cover Sheet.
14.2 Notices by hand delivery shall be effective at the close of business on the day actually received, if received during receiving party’s business hours on a Business Day, and otherwise shall be effective at the close of business on the next Business Day. Notice by overnight United States mail or overnight courier service shall be effective on the close of business on the next Business Day after such notice was sent.
14.3 Any correspondence related to the Performance Assurance should be sent to the Credit contact at the applicable address set forth in the Cover Sheet.

Notices and Contact Information. Any notice required under this Agreement that requires such notice to be provided under the terms of this section shall be provided in writing to the other Party in one of the following ways:

(2) by a nationally recognized delivery service with proof of receipt;
