Common use of Notices and Information to the Certificate Insurer Clause in Contracts

Notices and Information to the Certificate Insurer. (a) All notices, statements, reports, certificates or opinions required by this Agreement to be sent to any other party hereto, to the Rating Agencies or to the Certificateholders shall also be sent at the same time to the Certificate Insurer. (b) The Master Servicer shall designate a Person who shall be available to the Certificate Insurer to provide reasonable access to information regarding the Mortgage Loans and to all books, records, accounts, information and other matters relating to the Certificates or this Agreement. (c) All references herein to the ratings assigned to the Certificates and to the interests of any Certificateholder shall be without regard to the Class A-1-W and Class A-3-W Policy.
