Notices and Owner Certifications. A. Where the owner is required to give any notice to the PHA pursuant to this Agreement, such notice shall be in writing and shall be given in the manner designated by the PHA. B. Any certification or warranty by the owner pursuant to the Agreement shall be deemed a material representation of fact upon which reliance was placed when this transaction was entered into.
