Common use of Notices, etc. to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Notices, etc. to Trustee. Any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent, waiver or act of the Owners or other documents provided or permitted by this Agreement to be made upon, given or furnished to, or filed with the Trustee by any Owner, the Certificate Insurer or by the Sponsor shall be sufficient for every purpose hereunder if made, given, furnished or filed in writing to or with and received by the Trustee at its corporate trust office as set forth in Section 2.2 hereof.

Notices, etc. to Trustee. Any request, demand, authorization, direction, notice, consent, waiver or act of the Owners or other documents provided or permitted by this Agreement to be made upon, given or furnished to, or filed with the Trustee by any Owner, Owner or the Certificate Insurer or by the Sponsor Depositor shall be sufficient for every purpose hereunder if made, given, furnished or filed in writing to or with and received by the Trustee at its corporate trust office as set forth in Section 2.2 hereofthe Corporate Trust Office.
