Notices from Governmental Body. The Issuer shall deliver, or cause the Manager to deliver, to the Indenture Trustee, each Noteholder, and each Hedge Counterparty promptly, and in any event within ten (10) days of receipt thereof, copies of any material notice to any Issuer Party from any Governmental Body (with a copy to each Rating Agency) relating to any order, ruling, statute or other Law or regulation.
