Common use of Notices/Mail/Announcement Clause in Contracts

Notices/Mail/Announcement. The Association shall have the right to post notices of its activities and business on bulletin boards located in teacher lounges, or work area, but not in classrooms. The Association may use mailboxes for communications to members and email system distribution systems. The Association may make announcements at faculty meetings with the approval of the principal.
