Notices to Subsequent Holder. Except as otherwise provided herein, if any shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall have been transferred to another holder and that holder shall have designated in writing the address to which communications with respect to such shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall be mailed, all notices, certificates, requests, statements and other documents required to be delivered to the Purchaser by any provision hereof shall also be delivered to each such holder.
