Notices to the Transferor. Any Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 10.02 shall deliver or make available to the Transferor each certificate and report required to be prepared, forwarded or delivered thereafter pursuant to Sections 3.04, 3.05 and 3.06. [End of Article III]
Notices to the Transferor. In the event that T-Mobile Financial LLC is no longer acting as Servicer, any Successor Servicer shall deliver or make available to the Transferor each certificate and report to be provided thereafter pursuant to Section 6.12.
