Notification and Public Notice. For purposes of re-opening negotiations during the term of this Agreement or for opening negotiations for a new Successor Agreements, the parties agree that they will submit their proposals for public input no later than May 1st of the fiscal year. Such proposals shall be made for the purposes of negotiations for the following fiscal year.
