Each Paying Agent shall forthwith notify the Current Issuer, the Current Issuer Cash Manager, the Note Trustee and the other Agents if it has not, by the due date of payment to it specified in Clause 7.2 (Manner and Time of Payment), received unconditionally the full amount required for any payment.
