Common use of Notification of Lessor Clause in Contracts

Notification of Lessor. Promptly upon receipt by Lessee of notice or discovery by Lessee of any fact or circumstance which might result in a breach or violation of any covenant or agreement, Lessee shall notify Lessor in writing of such fact or circumstance; and

Notification of Lessor. Promptly upon receipt of any request, order or other notice relating to any Leased Property under any Environmental Law, Lessee shall forward a copy thereof to Lessor.
