Common use of Notification of Occurrence Clause in Contracts

Notification of Occurrence. (a) Project Co shall, promptly upon Project Co becoming aware of the occurrence, notify Owner of the occurrence and details of any Project Co Event of Default and of any event or circumstance which is likely, with the passage of time, giving of notice, determination of any condition or otherwise, to constitute or give rise to a Project Co Event of Default.
