Common use of Notification to Certificateholders and Class C Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Notification to Certificateholders and Class C Certificateholders. a. Promptly following the occurrence of any Event of Termination, the Servicer shall give written notice thereof to the Trustee, Xxxxx'x, Standard & Poor's, Fitch, the Certificateholders and the Class C Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing on the Certificate Register. b. Within ten days following any termination or appointment of a successor to the Servicer pursuant to this Article VII, the Trustee shall give written notice thereof to Xxxxx'x, Standard & Poor's, Fitch, the Certificateholders and the Class C Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing on the Certificate Register. c. The Trustee shall give written notice to Xxxxx'x, Standard & Poor's and Fitch at least 30 days prior to the date upon which any Eligible Servicer (other than the Trustee) is to assume the responsibilities of Servicer pursuant to Section 7.03, naming such successor Servicer.
