Common use of Notification to Certificateholders and Class C Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Notification to Certificateholders and Class C Certificateholders. a. Promptly following the occurrence of any Event of Termination, the Servicer shall give written notice thereof to the Trustee, to S&P, to Fitch, to the Certificateholders and to the Class C Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing on the Certificate Register. b. Within 10 days following any termination or appointment of a successor to the Servicer pursuant to this Article VII, the Trustee shall give written notice thereof to S&P, to Fitch, to the Certificateholders and to the Class C Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing on the Certificate Register.
