Notification to Customer. Smartsheet will notify Customer without undue delay upon Smartsheet becoming aware of a Personal Data Breach affecting Personal Data. Smartsheet’s notification of or response to a Personal Data Breach under this Section 8 will not be construed as an acknowledgement by Smartsheet of any fault or liability with respect to the Personal Data Breach.
Notification to Customer. The Supplier will have already issued all bills, reminders and notices relevant to the debt for which the call is being requested. The following sentence should be included by the Supplier in the notice warning the customer that the connection will be de-energised, if payment is not forthcoming:-
Notification to Customer. Within five (5) days after receiving a request from a customer for a Connection, the Concessionaire shall notify the Customer in writing of the proposed charge for making that Connection. Subject to Section 5.1.3 and Section 5.2.2, Connections shall be carried out by the Concessionaire as promptly as may be practicable following the Customer’s written acceptance of the related charge. A Customer shall have the right to notify the Regulatory Office if it objects to the charge proposed by the Concessionaire and the Regulatory Office shall determine in its sole opinion whether such Charge is reasonable and notify the Concessionaire whether an adjustment is required.
Notification to Customer. Upon confirmation that a Personal Data Security Incident has occurred related to any Personal Data covered by this DPA, Xxxxxx will investigate the incident in accordance with its Incident Response Policy and:
(1) Where Oyster is a Controller, to the extent permitted (or required) by applicable law, notify Customer and any affected EOR Team Members without undue delay, such notice to be delivered to Customer in accordance with Section 8.1 of this DPA;
(2) Where Oyster is a Processor, to the extent permitted (or required) by applicable law, notify Customer without undue delay, such notice to be delivered to Customer in accordance with Section 8.1 of this DPA in no more than 1 business day
(3) To the extent such Personal Data Security Incident is caused by Xxxxxx’s violations of its obligations under this DPA, take such reasonable remedial steps to address the incident and prevent any further incidents; and
(4) Promptly provide Customer with all relevant information in its possession as reasonably required under Applicable Data Protection Law, to comply with any reporting obligations of a relevant regulatory authority concerning such incident.
Notification to Customer. Crown shall promptly notify Customer at the address specified in the [***] of the fact that the [***] and it shall confirm in such notice [***].
Notification to Customer. If a security incident or data leak is discovered at AgroVision, AgroVision will inform the customer of this as soon as possible after AgroVision becomes aware of the security incident or data leak. In order to achieve this, AgroVision will ensure that all its staff are and remain able to identify a data leak and expects its customers to enable AgroVision to do so. For the sake of clarity: If there is a data leak at an AgroVision sub-processor, AgroVision will of course report this too. AgroVision is the point of contact for the customer. The customer does not need to contact AgroVision's sub-processor. AgroVision will immediately attempt to provide the customer with all the information the customer needs to notify the Data Protection Authority and/or the data subject(s).
Notification to Customer. In the event Supplier receives a subpoena or any other order or request from a governmental body or any other entity or person for any of Customer's computer-stored or backup files and programs, Supplier shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, notify Customer of such subpoena, order or request and shall not, without Customer's prior written consent, accede to such subpoena, order or request unless required to do so under applicable laws and regulations or when otherwise necessary to
Notification to Customer. PSA shall as soon as possible, notify the Customer of such installation, modification and measures but any failure by PSA to notify the Customer shall not entitle the Customer to make any Claim against PSA in respect thereof.
Notification to Customer. Purchaser shall have the right to require acknowledgement from the Customer of the sale of an Account and direct that all payments made on the Account purchased by Purchaser be made directly to Purchaser.
Notification to Customer. Except as modified below in subsection (b) applicable to Bank providing systematic reclear for certain returned items, Bank will notify Customer or Customer’s designated Agent of Bank’s receipt of a returned Entry (or group of Entries) from the ACH Operator in accordance with the notice procedures authorized under the Agreement no later than one (1) Business Day after the Business Day of such receipt, and will debit/credit Customer’s Account (as identified by number in the applicable ACH schedule) for the returned Entry(s) and provide confirmation thereof to Customer.
