- Notification to GEU. Upon notification by the University to the GEU that certain bargaining unit employees covered by this Agreement are engaging in strike or other work stoppage activities in violation of this Article, the GEU shall advise such striking employees, in writing, with a copy to the University, to return to work immediately.
