Common use of Notification to Insurer Clause in Contracts

Notification to Insurer. Noteholders, Certificateholders and Rating Agencies. Upon any notice of an Event of Servicing Termination or upon any termination of, or any appointment of a successor to, the Servicer pursuant to this Article VIII, the Indenture Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Insurer and the Noteholders and the Owner Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Certificateholders and to the Rating Agencies.
