Notification to Lenders. Upon the issuance of or amendment to ----------------------- any Letter of Credit the applicable Issuing Lender shall promptly notify Administrative Agent and each other Lender of such issuance or amendment. The notice to the Administrative Agent shall be accompanied by a copy of such Letter of Credit or amendment and in the event a Lender requests a copy of such issuance or amendment such copies will be provided by the Administrative Agent.
