Common use of Notification to Lenders Clause in Contracts

Notification to Lenders. Upon the issuance of any Letter of Credit, Issuing Lender shall promptly notify Agent and each other Lender of such issuance, which notice shall be accompanied by a copy of such Letter of Credit. Promptly after receipt of such notice, Agent shall notify each Lender of the amount of such Lender's respective participation in such Letter of Credit, determined in accordance with subsection 3.1C.

Notification to Lenders. Upon the issuance of any Letter of Credit, Credit Issuing Lender shall promptly notify Administrative Agent and each other Lender of such issuance, which notice shall be accompanied by a copy of such Letter of Credit. Promptly after receipt of such notice, Agent shall notify each Lender of Credit and identify the amount of such Lender's respective participation in such Letter of Credit, determined in accordance with subsection 3.1C.

Notification to Lenders. Promptly after receipt of such notice, (a) Managing Agent shall notify each Lender of the proposed issuance of such Letter of Credit, and the amount of such Lender's respective participation in such Letter of Credittherein, determined in accordance with subsection 3.1C.3.1C, and (b) Managing Agent shall deliver to each other Lender a copy of such Notice of Issuance of Letter of Credit.

Promptly after receipt of such notice (or, if the Lender that is Administrative Agent is the Issuing Lender, together with such notice), Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender of the amount of such Lender's respective participation in such Letter of Credit, determined in accordance with subsection 3.1C.

Promptly after receipt of such notice (or, if Administrative Agent is the Issuing Lender, together with such notice), Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender with a Revolving Loan Commitment of the amount of such Lender's respective participation in such Letter of Credit, determined in accordance with subsection 3.1C.
