Common use of Notification to Lenders Clause in Contracts

Notification to Lenders. Upon the issuance of any Letter of Credit Administrative Agent shall notify each other Lender of such issuance, which notice shall be accompanied by a copy of such Letter of Credit. Promptly after receipt of such notice, Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender of the amount of such Lender's respective participation in such Letter of Credit, determined in accordance with subsection 3.1C.

Notification to Lenders. Promptly after receipt of such noticea Notice of Issuance of Letter of Credit, Administrative (a) Managing Agent shall notify each Lender of the proposed issuance of such Letter of Credit, and the amount of such Lender's respective participation in such Letter of Credittherein, determined in accordance with subsection 3.1C.3.1C, and (b) Managing Agent shall deliver to each other Lender a copy of such Notice of Issuance of Letter of Credit.
