Notification to Noteholders and Certificateholder. Upon any termination of, or appointment of a successor to, the Servicer pursuant to this Article VIII, the Owner Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Certificateholder and the Indenture Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Noteholders and the Rating Agencies.
