Common use of Notification to Party A Clause in Contracts

Notification to Party A. For the purpose of making any determination or calculation hereunder, the Calculation Agent may rely on any information, report, notice or certificate delivered to it by the Cash Manager or Party B and the Calculation Agent will not be liable for any error, incompleteness or omission regarding such information. Party B or the Cash Manager acting on its behalf will notify Party A of the amount of principal payments to be made on and the principal amount outstanding of the Series 2012-1 Class 2A4 Notes on each Interest Payment Date no later than two (2) Business Days prior to such Interest Payment Date. Party B, or the Issuer Security Trustee acting on its behalf, will notify Party A as soon as it is reasonably practical of any early redemption or purchase of the Series 2012-1 Class 2A4 Notes in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes.
