Notification to the Lenders. The Facility Agent shall promptly notify each Lender participating in the relevant Advance of each Request for an Advance and the amount of its participation in the Advance.
Notification to the Lenders. Other than in respect of the first Utilisation, on the date falling 3 Business Days prior to a Utilisation Date, the relevant Agent shall notify each relevant Lender of the delivery of a Utilisation Request under clause 5.1 and of the date on which such Utilisation is to be made, the initial Interest Period for such Utilisation and the amount of such Lender’s participation in such Utilisation.
Notification to the Lenders. Upon the issuance of any Letter of Credit the applicable Issuing Lender shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent. Upon any expiration, cancellation or other termination of a Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Lender shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent of such event; provided that if such expiration, cancellation or other termination occurs on the last or the penultimate Business Day of any calendar quarter, the Issuing Lender shall provide the Administrative Agent immediate telephonic notice of such event.
Notification to the Lenders. The Agent will notify the Lenders of the terms of the Utilisation Request at latest by 11:00 am, Paris Time, the Business Day following the date of receipt of the Utilisation Request. Furthermore, under the stipulations of Article 3 (INITIAL CONDITIONS PRECEDENT), each Lender shall provide to the Agent, its proportion of the Drawing, calculated pro-rata to its Commitments by the established payment date for each Loan and in accordance with Article 11 (PAYMENTS).
Notification to the Lenders. Upon any termination of, or appointment of a successor to, the Servicer, the Administrative Agent shall give prompt written notice thereof to each Lender and Standard & Poor’s.
