Notify. If there is a difficulty with the Adoption, the adoptive parent(s) must notify NB. NB will provide additional support, including but not limited to home visits and direct counseling. NB will recommend independent adoption consultants, therapists, psychiatrists, medical professionals, financial experts, and developmental and educational services. NB may request waivers to speak directly with persons involved or assist the family. If the family is currently working with any independent professionals, NB may seek the release to talk to them. If needed, NB will offer respite care. NB reserves the right to charge the adoptive family fees for such services.
Notify. To give a Notice.
Notify promptly notify the Lender in writing of any:
(i) event which might be an Event of Default;
(ii) matter which might adversely affect the Secured Property, or the ability of any Obligor to perform the Secured Obligations;
(iii) change to its name or Address for Service;
(iv) material change in the location of the Secured Property; and
Notify potential Applicants and Participants that outreach, marketing, and all written materials are available at no cost to the Applicant or the Participant in alternative formats and explain how to access those materials
Notify. CSS Contract Administrator via telephone of any information security breach involving CSS information accessed or obtained from CSS as soon as practical, but no more than five (5) business days of discovery; and submit an incident report via email to the CSS Contract Administrator. DCSS security incident report document shall be provided by CSS for use by Contractor.
Notify. Google (using a web application to be provided by Google) of certain Phone Device parameters.
Notify. On the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, the Affected Party shall notify the other party as soon as practicable. The notification shall include details of the Force Majeure Event, including evidence of its effect on the obligations of the Affected Party and any action proposed to mitigate its effect.
Notify. HBDHB will, within a reasonable period of time from receipt of the relevant Impact Report, notify the Supplier of its decision in respect of a Change Request including whether it:
(a) accepts the Change Request based on the detail contained in the Impact Report;
(b) wishes to renegotiate any aspect of the Change Request;
(c) withdraws the Change Request, if initiated by HBDHB; or
(d) does not accept the Change Request, if initiated by the Supplier.
Notify. The Contractor shall notify the Authority as soon as reasonably practicable if at any time it receives or becomes aware of any further information relating to the Relief Event, giving details of that information to the extent that such information is new or renders information previously submitted materially inaccurate or misleading.
Notify. The Processor shall immediately and fully notify State Bank of India in writing of any communications the Processor (or any of its Sub processors) receives from third parties in connection with the processing of the Personal Data, including (without limitation) subject access requests or other requests, notices or other communications from individuals, or their representatives, or from the European Data Protection Board, the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (in the case of the United Kingdom) and/or any other supervisory authority or data protection authority or any other regulator (including a financial regulator) or court.
