NOW THIS AGREEMENT. WITNESSES THAT in consideration of the above and of the covenants of the parties contained herein, the FIRST PARTY shall provide training to the SECOND PARTY and the SECOND PARTY hereby accepts to undergo training on the terms and conditions contained below:
