Common use of NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES as follows Clause in Contracts

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES as follows. In pursuance of the said Agreement and in consideration of the sum of euro (€ ) now paid by the Grantee to the Grantor (the receipt of which the Grantor hereby acknowledges) the Grantor the registered owner of the Lands as beneficial owner HEREBY GRANTS to the Grantee [its successors and assigns / his/her executors administrators heirs and assigns] all that and those the rights liberties and licence specified in the First Schedule hereto in over and upon the Lands to hold the same unto the Grantee in fee simple [and the Grantor hereby acknowledges that the said rights liberties and licence shall enure for the benefit of the Grantee [its successors and assigns / his/her executors administrators heirs and assigns] and may be freely assigned (including without limitation to the Board) [along with ownership of the Line].
