Number, Gender and Persons. The singular, masculine, neuter or derivative of a word where used herein shall be construed as meaning the plural, feminine, body politic or corporate and vice versa where the context so requires. Words importing gender include masculine, feminine or neuter. Reference to an Applicable Law includes, in relation to the Applicable Law, any regulations, rules, orders, policies, or decisions made thereunder, all as amended, re-enacted, remade or as changed in the exercise of a statutory or administrative power from time to time.
