Number of Representatives. For the purpose of Section 2 of this Article, it is mutually agreed between the Employer and the Union hereto that the representatives appointed by each side shall be up to three (3) per side, present at any meeting.

The City shall allow two (2) representatives of the Union reasonable time off from work, without loss of compensation or other benefits, to represent its members in disputes which involve the interpretation or application of those rules, regulations, and resolutions which have been or may hereafter be adopted by the City Council to govern personnel practices and working conditions, including such rules, regulations, and resolutions as may be adopted by the City Council to effect memoranda of understanding which may result from the meeting and conferring process, and to represent its members in meeting and conferring in good faith for amendments to this Memorandum Agreement in the future, subject to the conditions set forth in Sections 6.2 (Maximum Representatives) and 6.3 (Notification). All release time shall be recorded on time sheets and time cards with appropriate codes.
Number of Representatives. The Association may designate employees to serve as Association representatives. No more than one (1) representative and an alternate representative may be from the same City division unless the division has more than fifty (50) employees, in which case two (2) representatives and two (2) alternates may be designated. The Association shall also designate five (5) members to be At Large Representatives.

(1) The Local Union President or designated representative.
(2) The General Grievance Committee consisting of the Vice-President of the Local Union who shall serve as Chairperson, and the Union committee persons.
(3) One (1) Xxxxxxx for “O” Shift or a minimum of one (1) Xxxxxxx for each thirty (30) Union members. The number may be adjusted as mutually agreed by the parties as the need arises. When a properly certified Union representative is unavailable for any reason, the Company shall recognize an alternate certified by the Union. It is understood that only one, the Xxxxxxx or the alternate will be recognized for each incident.
Number of Representatives. CSEA reserves the right to designate the selection process for all CSEA negotiating team members. However, there shall be no more than six (6) CSEA negotiation team members representative of the following classified employees:
1. Library/Special Education/Instructional Aide
2. Transportation
3. Food Service
4. Secretarial
Number of Representatives. Moderna will have the right, but not the obligation, to provide no less than [***] but no more than [***] of the total sales representatives and of the total key account managers used by both Parties for promotion of a Collaboration Product in the U.S. The Global Commercialization Plan for a Collaboration Product that is intended to be Co-Promoted in the U.S. will set forth the precise number of Moderna sales representatives and key account managers consistent with the foregoing and Moderna shall [***]s. Each Party agrees that any of its sales representatives or key account managers involved in the promotion of a Collaboration Product will not have any legal or regulatory disqualifications, bars or sanctions.
