Number of Trustees; Term of Office. The initial Trustees shall be the persons initially signing this Declaration. The number of Trustees shall be the number of persons so signing until changed by the Trustees, and the Trustees may fix the number of Trustees from time to time; provided that the number of Trustees shall at all times be at least one (1) nor more than 15.
