Objectionable Content. Publisher may also act to remove Objectionable Content. The decision to remove Objectionable Content shall be made at Publisher’s sole discretion. “Objectionable Content” includes, but is not limited to:
Objectionable Content. Activity that involves soliciting information from anyone under the age of 18 or that is otherwise harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, excessively violent, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Objectionable Content. You agree that you shall not use the Service to upload, post, transmit, display, perform, or distribute any content, information, or materials that: (a) are libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, excessively violent, harassing, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or pornographic; (b) constitute child pornography; (c) solicit personal information from or exploit in a sexual or violent manner anyone under the age of 18; (d) incite, encourage, or threaten physical harm against another; (e) promote or glorify racial intolerance, use hateful and/or racist terms, or signify hate toward any person or group of people; (f) glamorize the use of illegal substances and/or drugs; (g) advertise or otherwise solicit funds or constitute a solicitation for goods or services; (h) violate any provision of this Agreement or any other Company agreement or policy, including without limitation Company’s Privacy Policy; (i) disclose another’s personal, confidential, or proprietary information; (j) are false or fraudulent; (k) contains images or videos of individuals captured or posted without their consent; (l) promote self-destructive behavior (including without limitation eating disorders or suicide); or (m) are generally offensive, rude, mean-spirited, or in bad taste, as determined by Company in its sole discretion (collectively, “Objectionable Content”). Company disclaims any perceived, implied, or actual duty to monitor content made available through the Service, and specifically disclaims any responsibility or liability for information provided on the Service. Without limiting any of its other remedies, Company reserves the right to terminate your use of the Service or your uploading, posting, transmission, display, performance, or distribution of Objectionable Content. Company, in its sole discretion, may delete any Objectionable Content from its servers. Company intends to cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials or agencies in the investigation of any violation of this Agreement or of any applicable laws.
Objectionable Content. You will not display the Affiliate Link or Marketing Tools, or advertise The Kidney Disease Solution products or services, on websites that promote sexually explicit material, violence, war or pirated materials, or sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, or physical disability or sites that promote illegal activities, or sites that infringe or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Objectionable Content. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Network and any content that you post. The Firm is not and will not be liable for any damage or harm resulting from any content or your interactions with other users of the Network. The Firm reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor interactions between you and other users of the Network and take any other action in its sole and subjective decision to restrict access to or the availability of any material that the Firm or another user of the Network may consider to be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable (including, without limitation, because it violates these TOS).

Customer agrees, as a condition of ---------------------- Company's performance under this Agreement, that Customer will not submit Records for processing under this Agreement that contain or refer to matters that are harmful, damaging or against public policy, including, but not limited to, products or services that:
(i) Explicitly or implicitly refer to sexual conduct; (ii) profane language; (iii) Allude to bigotry, racism, sexism or other forms of discrimination; (iv) Are of a violent nature; (v) Through advertising, content or delivery, are deceptive, or may take unfair advantage of minors, the elderly or the general public; (vi) Are publicly accessible, multi-party connections commonly known as or "chat" services; (vii) Are offered by Customer or its agents using box, sweepstakes or contest-type entry forms; (viii) Are offered by Customer or negative option sales offers; its agents using (ix) Are 800 pay-per-call services; (x) Are collect callback services; (xi) Are phantom billing (i.e., charging for calls never made or services never provided); (xii) Have not been properly authorized by End Users, or that Company determines, in its sole discretion, have had excessive Customer Service or adjustments associated with such services; (xiii) Are prohibited by federal, state or local rules, regulations and laws, Tariffs or the Coalition Guidelines; (xiv) Individual LECs exclude from the types of services or products for which their policies permit them to bill and collect or that Company believes, in its sole discretio▇, ▇ill jeopardize its LEG Agreements; or (xv) Company determines, in its sole discretion, to be deceptive or anti-consumer. Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, the parties acknowledge that Company has no reasonable means of determining the validity of or authorization for Records sent to Company for processing under this Agreement, and that Company therefore strictly relies upon Customer to forward only valid and authorized Records that can be, if necessary, substantiated in a court of law or to a regulatory body. Customer warrants and represents, when submitting Records to Company, that such Records are true and correct and accurately reflect proper charges legally owed by Customer's End User. Company may, at any time during the Tern, cease providing services under this Agreement immediately upon notice to Customer as a result of a violation of this paragraph.
Objectionable Content. Customer agrees, as a condition of USBI's performance under this Agreement, that USBI will not provide billing and -information management services which USBI deems harmful, damaging or against public policy, including, but not limited to:
(i) Services which explicitly or implicitly refer to sexual conduct;
(ii) Services which contain indecent, obscene or profane language;
(iii) Services which allude to bigotry, racism, sexism or other forms of discrimination;
(iv) Services which through advertising, -content or delivery are deceptive, or that may take unfair advantage of minors or the general public;
(v) Services which are publicly accessible, multiparty connections commonly known as "gab" or "chat" services;
(vi) Services which have not been authorized by End Users, or which have had excessive customer service complaints associated with such services;
(vii) Services which are prohibited by Federal, state, or local laws or Tariffs; or
(viii) Services which individual LECs exclude from the "types" of services or products for which their policies permit them to bill and collect.

Objectionable Content. You are not permitted to and agree not to Post any User Content that is or could be interpreted to be, as HeartB may determine in its sole discretion, Objectionable Content. Posting any Objectionable Content may subject you to third party claims and none of the rights granted to you in these ToS may be raised as a defense against any third-party claims arising from any Posting from you of Objectionable Content. You also agree not to use the Service for illegal or unlawful purposes. If you encounter any Objectionable Content on the Service, then please immediately report this Content or email us at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. HeartB has no obligation to remove or take any action regarding any Objectionable Content on the Service, but HeartB in its sole discretion may take any actions it deems necessary and/or appropriate against any User who Posts Objectionable Content. These actions include, without limitation, warning the User, suspending or terminating the User’s account, removing some or all the User’s User Content and/or reporting the User to law enforcement authorities. By accessing and using the Service, you agree and acknowledge that you may be exposed to Objectionable Content.

By submitting, transmitting, or displaying your User Content on or through the Services, you automatically grant (and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant) to KAQ, its licensees, and their respective successors and assigns, officers, directors, employees, licensees, agents, representatives and other users of the Services, a worldwide, sublicenseable, assignable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, unlimited right and license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, publicly display and perform, reformat, adapt, modify and delete your User Content in connection with the Services (“License”).
