FortisBC and the Municipality acknowledge and agree that they will act in good faith, in carrying out the terms and conditions of this Agreement and within reasonable time frames, carry out the obligations under this Agreement. FortisBC and the Municipality will at all times carry out all work and operations with the due care and attention that is necessary to safeguard the interests of the public, their own employees, and the other party’s employees.
