Obligation to Cash Collateralize. At any time there shall exist a Defaulting Lender, within one Business Day following the written request of the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer (with a copy to the Administrative Agent), the Borrower shall Cash Collateralize the L/C Issuer’s Fronting Exposure with respect to such Defaulting Lender (determined after giving effect to Section 2.15(a)(iv) and any Cash Collateral provided by such Defaulting Lender) in an amount not less than the Minimum Collateral Amount.

Obligation to Cash Collateralize. At any time there shall exist a Defaulting Lender, within one Business Day following the written request of the Administrative Agent or any L/C Issuer (with a copy to the Administrative Agent), the Borrower shall Cash Collateralize the L/C Issuers’ Fronting Exposure with respect to such Defaulting Lender (determined after giving effect to Section 2.15(a)(iv) and any Cash Collateral provided by such Defaulting Lender) in an amount not less than the Minimum Collateral Amount. Additionally, if the Administrative Agent notifies the Company at any time that the Outstanding Amount of all L/C Obligations at such time exceeds 105% of the Letter of Credit Sublimit then in effect, then within two (2) Business Days after receipt of such notice, the Company shall provide Cash Collateral for the Outstanding Amount of the L/C Obligations in an amount not less than the amount by which the Outstanding Amount of all L/C Obligations exceeds the Letter of Credit Sublimit.

At any time that there shall exist a Defaulting Lender, immediately upon the written request of the Administrative Agent or any applicable L/C Issuer or Swing Line Bank (in each case, with a copy to the Administrative Agent), the Borrower shall Cash Collateralize all Fronting Exposure of such L/C Issuer or Swing Line Bank, as applicable, with respect to such Defaulting Lender (determined after giving effect to Section 2.17(a)(iv) and any Cash Collateral provided by such Defaulting Lender) in an amount not less than the Minimum Collateral Amount with respect thereto.

Obligation to Cash Collateralize. Upon the request of the Administrative Agent or the applicable Issuing Bank (i) if the applicable Issuing Bank has honored any full or partial drawing under any Letter of Credit and such drawing has resulted in an LC Borrowing or (ii) if, as of the LC Expiration Date, any LC Exposure for any reason remains outstanding or as otherwise required pursuant to this Agreement, the Borrowers shall, in each case, immediately cash collateralize the then outstanding LC Exposure in an amount not less than the Minimum Collateral Amount. At any time that there shall exist a Defaulting Lender, immediately upon the written request of the Administrative Agent or any applicable Issuing Bank or Swingline Lender (in each case, with a copy to the Administrative Agent), the Borrowers shall cash collateralize all Fronting Exposure of such Issuing Bank or Swingline Lender, as applicable, with respect to such Defaulting Lender (determined after giving effect to Section 2.14(a)(iv) and any Cash Collateral provided by such Defaulting Lender) in an amount not less than the Minimum Collateral Amount.

Obligation to Cash Collateralize. In addition to the obligations set forth in Section 2.03(q), at any time that there shall exist a Defaulting Lender, within one (1) Business Day following the written request of the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer (with a copy to the Administrative Agent), the Company shall Cash Collateralize the L/C Issuer’s Fronting Exposure with respect to such Defaulting Lender (determined after giving effect to Section 2.17(a)(iv) and any Cash Collateral provided by such Defaulting Lender) in an amount not less than the Minimum Collateral Amount. Additionally, if the Administrative Agent notifies the Company at any time that the Outstanding Amount of all L/C Obligations at such time exceeds an amount equal to one hundred five percent (105%) of the Letter of Credit Sublimit then in effect, then within two (2) Business Days after receipt of such notice, the Company shall provide Cash Collateral for the Outstanding Amount of the L/C Obligations in an amount not less than the amount by which the Outstanding Amount of all L/C Obligations exceeds the Letter of Credit Sublimit.
